What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. From audience measurement: page views, referrer, country and device type, aggregated, without cookies, identifiers or stored IP addresses.
Legal bases
- Answering your request and preparing a possible contract: article 6.1.b GDPR.
- Managing the business relationship in our CRM: legitimate interest, article 6.1.f.
- Cookieless audience measurement: legitimate interest, article 6.1.f.
- Accounting and legal obligations where invoicing applies: article 6.1.c.
Retention
Enquiries with no follow-up: three years from last contact. Active clients and prospects: duration of the relationship plus three years. Accounting records: ten years, as required by French law. Candidate records: duration of the search, then two years in our talent pool if you agree.

Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form handling, United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses), Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (cookieless audience measurement), Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd (business email), Jarvi (CRM, European Union), Google Ireland Ltd (web fonts, loading a font sends your IP address to Google).

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to hello@groupmad.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr.
